Job Description/Objectives:                     

The Sr. Specialist – Systems & Processes, is a key support role for the effective management of various systems and processes including but not limited to: supplier relationship management, risk management, defective materials reporting, on time in full reporting and other center of excellence facilitated processes. The position will contribute to the overall success by focusing on the transparency of Supplier Quality, Risk Management and outline critical processes across the Procurement organization. This person may support various data-automation and data analytical initiatives related the Procurement needs to eliminate repetitive data-related tasks across the Procurement organization.

This position works closely with Coca-Cola North America (“CCNA”) Supplier Quality teams,  suppliers managed by CCBSS, CCBSS Client Relations, and the Procurement team to ensure Suppliers and Bottlers act on insights from data maintained in our various systems to mitigate potential threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust strategy to address all critical risk factors to suppliers (i.e. Supply Chain, financial, technological, etc).
  • Conducts risk analysis to ensure risk data is captured, risk mitigation strategies and controls are developed, and appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place for procurement
  • Partner with Procurement to help ensure that all risk assessment and mitigation requirements have been met; risk is proactively monitored & mitigated throughout testing/ development/ implementation and use.
  • Exchange thought leadership within and outside the organization to facilitate best-in-class digital transformation of procurement
  • Leverage a comprehensive approach to assess performance and opportunity by enhancing the current Supplier Relationship Management model
  • Drive analytics and enhance DMR/Quality reporting which may include IT system modifications and develop tools to support Procurement needs
  • Manage a supplier comprehensive scorecard and supplier on time and full reporting dashboards
  • Support data automation initiatives to enable a “touch it once” process
  • Lead usage enhancements to the DMR platform compliant with policies & audit requirements
  • Establish and automate supplier and bottler quality reporting for use in Supplier Business Reviews and Relationship Management Meetings
  • Exchange thought leadership within and outside the organization to facilitate best-in-class supplier relationship management and risk mitigation strategies
  • Investigate new technologies or platforms to identify better solutions for tracking and processing both indirect and direct supplier performance concerns
  • Develop, revamp, or implement processes that are consistent across the entire procurement organization.
  • Develop user training, user acceptance governance, and turn data reporting into actionable insights

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 5+ years equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • Experience in developing supply chain strategies
  • Proficiency in database administration for large organizations
  • Proficient Excel skills and ability to learn low-code applications and systems
  • Operate in a confidential environment with multiple firewalls serving multiple clients
  • Demonstrated examples of process improvement, tool creation & effective analytics

Preferrerd Experience:

  • Successful procurement or operational contributions across multiple spend categories
  • 7+ years minimum supporting risk management, complex analytics, data automation, or IT system and process enhancements
  • Led complex or critical business process deployments ideally with data acquisition, analysis and/or reporting
  • Experience in Center of Excellence and Change Management responsibilities
